Cameron Cloeter

Cameron has more than 25 years of experience in sales and merchandising. Prior to founding Impulse Marketing Company in 2002, Cameron worked for several companies including Coca Cola USA, Mars Chocolate (Director of Sales), Time Warner (Vice President of Sales & Marketing), Source Interlink (Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing) and Viacom (Vice President of Sales). During his 25 year career, he amassed expertise in brand marketing, sales management and go to market planning/execution. Cameron leverages his knowledge and experience to help clients build in-store display programs that achieve incremental/measurable results.



Mindy Asper

Mindy joined Impulse Marketing Company in July of 2003 after working for another marketing company where she held various senior leadership roles in sales and marketing.  Mindy has a passion for developing and leading innovative solutions focusing on retailers and fast-moving consumer goods companies.  She has strong expertise in creatively solving customer’s critical retailing business problems with a combination of analytics, technology, and innovative merchandising and marketing strategies. These solutions have consistently resulted in increasing sales and improving the overall shopping experience. 




Graham Cloeter

Graham joined Imuplse Marketing Company in October of 2010 after working as a Project Manager for a home builder in the greater Philadelphia area.  Graham graduated from Villanova University with an Economics degree in 2005.  His responsibilities at IMC include client relationship management, business development, research, analytics, design ideation, and project management. 

In his free time, Graham enjoys spending time at the beach with his family, fishing and coaching his children’s sports.  Graham and his wife Melissa are proud parents of two girls and two boys; Samantha, Alexandra, Max, and Ben.
